start a scentsy candle businessIn Direct Sales, a kitnapper is known as someone who joins a company for the sole reason of getting a starter kit. They have little to no plans to place any additional orders. Some consultants aren’t fond of kitnappers.

Similarly, a personal user is someone who joins for the purpose of being their own best customer. They’re in it for personal use and may sell a little to family and friends, but that’s it.

I don’t think being a kitnapper is such a bad deal. I heart kitnappers.

It’s a ‘try it before you buy it’ situation. Sure they bought the kit, but they’re also getting 3x the value of what they paid for it. They may actually end up getting hooked and decide to do more with it than they originally intended. [Read more…] about I Heart Kitnappers
